This Privacy Policy describes how tsgabrielle®, operated by Peach Phoenix, LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use tsgabrielle.us. tsgabrielle® is a registered trademark of Peach Phoenix, LLC. (USPTO Reg. No. 7,924,799). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), where applicable.

1. Categories of Information We Collect We may collect the following categories of personal information: - Identifiers, such as name, email address, shipping address, billing address, order identifiers, IP address, and device identifiers. - Commercial information, such as products viewed, cart activity, orders placed, payment status returned by PayPal, and fulfillment records returned by Printful. - Internet or network activity, such as page views, navigation events, and storefront interactions when analytics consent has been granted. - Approximate geolocation derived from IP address for fraud prevention, storefront operations, and regional experience delivery. - Account information associated with Google OAuth sign-in where you choose to create or access an account.

2. How We Use Information We use personal information to operate the storefront, process payments through PayPal, trigger fulfillment through Printful after successful payment capture, support customer accounts, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the site when analytics consent has been granted.

3. Service Providers and Infrastructure Our approved production stack includes Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud SQL PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Storage, Google Secret Manager, Google OAuth, PayPal, Printful, Klaviyo, PostHog, Google Analytics, and related Google Cloud services used to operate tsgabrielle.us. We do not rely on Vercel or Supabase for the live storefront architecture described in this policy.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Consent Google Analytics and PostHog are used only after you grant analytics consent, unless a browser privacy signal requires us to keep analytics disabled. You can update your choice at any time through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer or by visiting /legal/privacy-choices. If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track style opt-out signal, we treat analytics and sharing as denied for that browser unless you later provide an affirmative override where legally permitted.

5. California Privacy Rights If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing uses of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. tsgabrielle® does not sell personal information for money. Where analytics or advertising activity could be treated as "sharing" under California law, you can opt out through our privacy controls. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

6. Data Retention We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for commerce operations, fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, tax and accounting obligations, and legitimate business recordkeeping. Order and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

7. Children's Privacy Our storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process, including managed cloud infrastructure, parameterized database access patterns, restricted secret handling, and provider-level security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
